Agenda
Adventure sessions begin at various times and last between 2-3½ hours including travel time. After an introductory briefing you will change into a wetsuit and hit the surf under the watchful eye of your instructors. You will need to provide trainers, swim-wear, a towel and warm clothing. During the session you will be taught by a qualified surf coach and will learn to catch & ride the waves on a beautiful, clean beach. At one of the Pembrokeshires location you will need to take a short minibus ride to the local surf beach (cost included).
