Can I hold a date before my voucher arrives?

As Great Experience Days act as an agent, we cannot hold dates for experiences. Once you have bought a gift experience voucher you will be able to contact the providers of the experience and book your date directly with them yourself. If you would like to find out if a date is available, please contact our Customer Services Department on 0843 289 8115 and they will contact with the provider of the experience for you. If the date you choose is available we are more than willing to take the order over the phone for you and we will provide you with your unique reference number so that you can contact the supplier immediately to protect your chosen date.
