Car-mad kids will love this fantastic junior driving day. You’ll be delighted as a trained instructor treats you to a fun and informative driving lesson - where you’ll learn basics including steering, braking and accelerating - before you are given the chance to tackle an off-road course in a dual-control Land Rover. You’ll also get to drive a six-wheeled, semi-amphibious, skid-steer vehicle, as well as enjoying either a quad bike safari or an Apache rally car driving session.

Upon arrival you will be met by your instructor, who will give you a safety briefing. Then it’s out into the dual control car, where you will be taught the basics of driving in a wide-open activity field. After your initial lesson you’ll be able to take your new found skills into an off road driving area, where you’ll drive a dual-control Land Rover up and down slopes amongst the trees. After a break for lunch you’ll have the chance to take the wheel of a six-wheeled, semi-amphibious, skid-steer vehicle, as well as a reverse-steer Land Rover! You’ll then finish off your unforgettable driving day with either a quad bike safari or an Apache rally car driving session, depending on the weather. This is a full day experience. There will be a maximum of five participants taking this experience at one time.
Your voucher is valid for 10 months for one person. Minimum age is 11 years old - however 11-15 year olds must have written permission from a parent of guardian (who will need to sign them in on the day and collect them at the end of the day). The child will also need to bring along their own pack lunch. Max weight is 20 stone. If you are extraordinarily tall or short, or feel that your physique may impair your enjoyment of this activity in any way, please check with the supplier before booking. All safety equipment will be provided, but please wear comfortable casual clothing and trainers that you don’t mind getting dirty. In wet weather a change of clothes is advisable. Waterproofs are provided. There will be a maximum of five participants taking this experience at one time. All dates are subject to availability.
